Analyze and optimize C++ code performance for target platforms (ARM/X86). TRIGGER when: user asks to optimize C++ performance, profile C++ code, analyze performance hotspots, vectorize loops, improve cache behavior, benchmark C++ code, or mentions NEON/SIMD optimization. Do NOT trigger for: general C++ questions, code review without performance focus, non-C++ languages, build system configuration.
