Install

Skills CLI

npx skills add WenyuChiou/agent-collab-skills

Asks which skills and agents to install. Just one: npx skills add WenyuChiou/agent-collab-skills --skill agent-acceptance-gate — add -g for every project.

Claude Code

git clone https://github.com/WenyuChiou/agent-collab-skillscp -r "agent-collab-skills/skills/agent-acceptance-gate" ~/.claude/skills/

Copies the agent-acceptance-gate skill into ~/.claude/skills/ for every project (use .claude/skills/ for one project). Repeat for the other skills listed below.

Plugin

/plugin marketplace add WenyuChiou/agent-collab-skills

Run inside Claude Code if the repository ships a plugin marketplace, then pick plugins from /plugin.

Skills can run code on your machine — read the SKILL.md first.

What it does

In the author's own words, from each skill's SKILL.md.

  • agent-acceptance-gate

Use when about to commit or push a diff that touches two or more locale variants of one file stem, adds catalog or listing entries, states benchmark numbers, release dates, or licenses for named frontier models, or merges output from any subagent or delegate. Reconciles the lane results, runs the matching preset, and returns PASS, CONDITIONAL PASS, or FAIL with evidence.

  • agent-context-budget

Use when launching parallel or background subagents, or when a handoff, log, or result would be more than a short summary (roughly 2 KB). Caps return sizes (summary in the reply, detail by path), picks a cheap model tier for mechanical lanes, records durable decisions as proposals, and checkpoints or primes a fresh session before context runs out.

  • agent-debate

Use when a consequential decision has two plausible, materially different options and you are about to pick one. Runs two opposed reviewers on the same evidence with a stated round cap, then hands the human a synthesis that names the deciding evidence.

  • agent-output-reconciler

Use when a plan, prompt, or doc still names agent-output-reconciler. Since 0.6.0 reconciliation is step 1 of agent-acceptance-gate; this redirect stub is removed in 0.7.0.

  • agent-plan-act-reflect

Use when a plan, prompt, or doc still names agent-plan-act-reflect. Deprecated in 0.6.0; ordinary iterate-until-it-passes work needs no skill, and an unattended policy-driven loop follows agent-context-budget's harness loop reference. This stub is removed in 0.7.0.

  • agent-shared-memory

Use when a plan, prompt, or doc still names agent-shared-memory. Since 0.6.0 proposal-only coordination memory is the Durable decisions section of agent-context-budget; this redirect stub is removed in 0.7.0.

  • agent-task-splitter

Use when about to run two or more subagents, workflow lanes, or delegated CLI executors on one goal. Gives each lane a role, a pinned model tier, a disjoint file scope, a bounded brief, and a capped return, and fixes the merge and verification step before launch. Not for research-domain routing that owns .research, .paper, Zotero, Obsidian, or NotebookLM workflows; use research-hub-multi-ai for t…

Review before you install

A skill is a set of instructions and scripts your agent will follow, and it can run code on your machine. Read the SKILL.md and any scripts first — this listing is not a security review.
