What it does
In the author's own words, from each skill's SKILL.md.

memoose-onboard
Get memoose working on this host and give this project its memory. Use when memoose was just installed, when the user asks to set up, enable, configure or turn off memory, hints or background capture, when a project has no memory yet or memory that looks stale, or when memory is not being captured or recalled automatically and they want to know why.

memoose-sessions
Track a working session in memoose and distill it into lessons at the end. Use at the start of a task (load standing rules and preferences), at each step of a multi-step task (declare your Position and read the guidance), whenever the user states a goal, rule, preference, or environment fact, and when a task or conversation ends (declare the outcome, distill lessons).

memoose-upkeep
Judge what memoose's store surfaces for maintenance. Use when remember returns hotspots or a superseded warning, when recall shows a fact flagged contested or several values for one relation, when the user says a stored fact is wrong or outdated, when the user asks to clean up or consolidate memory, after a large batch of remembers, or when a session start says upkeep is due.

memoose

Review before you install
A skill is a set of instructions and scripts your agent will follow, and it can run code on your machine. Read the SKILL.md and any scripts first — this listing is not a security review.
