  面向 MotionSurf 本地 tex_source 资产的单篇论文分析入口。当用户要求解读、总结、分析、阅读某一篇已经存在于 paper/tex_source 下的论文，或者希望为某一篇论文生成 ReadNote/ResearchPaper/<PaperName>/note.md 与 meta.json 时，优先使用这个 skill。它负责定位本地论文资产、调用遵循 readpaper-core 的 LLM 解读链路，并将生成结果落盘；论文语义内容不应由固定 Python 模板直接写死。

  面向 MotionSurf paper registry 的只读查询与统计入口。当用户想查看某篇论文的 canonical registry 条目、筛选缺 note / 有 markdown / 有 code 的论文、按 year / venue / provenance source 做过滤，或快速查看全库的资产覆盖率与稀疏分析字段统计时，优先使用这个 skill。它只读取 `ReadNote/Wiki/paper_registry.json`，不生成 note、不下载代码、不修改 registry。

  MotionSurf 的核心论文解读规范。当用户要系统解读一篇计算机视觉/动作生成相关论文，或你正在构建任何 paper-read-* 入口 skill 时，优先使用这个 skill 作为统一分析标准。它定义论文应该如何被阅读、拆解、验证与写成研究笔记；它本身不负责联网搜论文，也不负责决定本地文件落盘位置。
