    面向 AI Agent 的视频剪辑技能套件，把各大剪辑博主与专业后期经验内化为可决策、可复现的规则。当用户想剪一条视频、问任何剪辑怎么做（口播精剪、加音乐/卡点、贴 B-roll、调色、关键帧/运动、变速/补帧、抠像/蒙版/合成、二维或平面跟踪贴合、多机位采访、转场衔接、节奏垮了怎么救、导出参数与平台画幅），或让你自动出一版初剪时，务必使用本技能。它先判断意图（答疑 / 反问澄清 / 自主执行），再按音频驱动流水线编排：把"怎么剪"的判断（references 里 12 册软件无关知识内核）与"用什么剪"的执行（Palmier Pro 经 MCP / FFmpeg+Remotion 代码栈 / 剪映·Premiere·达芬奇）分离，每个软件用独立子 Agent 落地以防上下文污染。凡涉及视频剪辑、后期、Vlog、混剪、卡点、调色、字幕、转场、综艺包装、跟踪合成时都应触发。
