    把一个主题做成「代码实时渲染的 3D 纪录短片」——真实地形地图 + three.js 三维场景 + 配音 + 字幕 + Python 合成的配乐和环境声，从查资料写稿一直到渲染出片、封面和实测帖草稿。用户说「做一条 XX 的 3D 视频 / 纪录片 / 历史讲解」「像长征那条一样做」「一句话出片」「用代码渲染视频」「做个地图路线视频」时，都用这个 skill；讲一段历史、一条路线、一场战役、一次迁徙、一个地理过程的视频也用它。即使用户只给了一句话题目也要用。不适用：真人口播剪辑、网站/产品宣传片、纯文字图形的短解说（那些走 /hyperframes）。
