Install
Skills CLI
npx skills add dstackai/dstack
Asks which skills and agents to install. Just one: npx skills add dstackai/dstack --skill dstack-presets — add -g for every project.
Claude Code
git clone https://github.com/dstackai/dstackcp -r "dstack/skills/dstack-presets" ~/.claude/skills/
Copies the dstack-presets skill into ~/.claude/skills/ for every project (use .claude/skills/ for one project). Repeat for the other skills listed below.
Plugin
/plugin marketplace add dstackai/dstack
Run inside Claude Code if the repository ships a plugin marketplace, then pick plugins from /plugin.
Skills can run code on your machine — read the SKILL.md first.
What it does
In the author's own words, from each skill's SKILL.md.
-
dstack-presets
Create and manage dstack presets: a toolkit that streamlines model inference optimization with agents, and a portable preset format. Use together with the dstack skill, and only when the user explicitly asks to create a preset or manage existing presets, not for deploying or serving a model.

dstack-prototyping
Use with the dstack skill for model-serving work when the image, serving command, resources, backend/fleet choice, or service behavior is not proven. Guides task-first prototyping on real hardware, choosing fleets/backends that can reuse idle instances and caches, checking vLLM/SGLang sources, and verifying the final dstack service with a model request.

Review before you install
A skill is a set of instructions and scripts your agent will follow, and it can run code on your machine. Read the SKILL.md and any scripts first — this listing is not a security review.
