beginner-ops-writing
新手操作说明（Beginner-friendly operating instructions）。 把只有熟人懂的做法，写成不了解内情的新手也能跟做一次就成的步骤说明时用： 大白话、一次一步、点名唯一、写清做完会看到什么。不用于：派活／收活闭环 （见同仓 ../dispatch-accept-verify/）；交活前核对证据（见同仓 ../evidence-before-done/）。

多助手协作底座。把活派给其他助手、外部模型会话，或开了后台命令之后用： 管怎么登记、到点怎么查、接单／收到成果／验收完成怎么分开记、没人接怎么办、 开工收工怎么点名、放行后立刻叫开工；只有验收完成或授权取消才退出未完清单。不用于：收回来的东西对不对（见同仓 ../evidence-before-done/）；等待程序为何退出、怎么修（另用排错类技能）。

evidence-before-done
多助手协作底座。任何助手准备说「做好了」「修好了」「放好了」「没问题」「都对上了」， 或要交付、在进度里说某部分已完成、进入下一步、转述别的助手或子任务的「已完成」之前用： 先拿到对得上当前版本、范围、环境的有效证据（打开看、播放、重算、按原步骤再走一遍、逐条对照原要求）； 本人或指定核验人对同一版本的有效核验可复用，有变更或失败只补核受影响部分；执行人自己的报告不算独立核验。 只报进行到哪的普通进度不触发全套重验。证据撑得住才下结论，撑不住就照实报现状。 不用于：第三方独立复核清单（另用审核类技能）； 动手前讲方案（另用方案确认类技能）。与同仓 ../dispatch-accept-verify/ 分工：那支管收回来，本支管核过再宣称完成。
